Usability
How easily can your members find information on your web site? How does it affect their perceptions? How can differences in layout and design influence navigational behaviour?
What was once guesswork has been subject to wide ranging research to discover the fundamentals of how web sites should be constructed to optimise usability.
e-mango implements ‘best practice’ guidelines in these three interlocking areas:
Design
We can work with your existing design templates or if you require a new look and feel we can either liaise with your design agency or we can provide web design as part of our overall solution. Whichever route we take, we will develop solutions in which your identity compliments core web design principles.
User interface
Each of your members has different needs when they use your web site. Each member also interacts with your web site in a unique way. Visitors may belong to different cultures and backgrounds. As a membership organisation you also have your own objectives. So during the development process we undertake continuous testing to ensure that design prototypes and page layouts evolve to meet the needs of all stakeholders. Once launched, we track live usage to continuously improve the site.
Accessibility
e-mango ensures that web sites comply to a minimum of the UK’s AA standard (based on W3C Accessibility Guidelines) so that users with visual or auditory impairment are not disadvantaged.
