Gordon Fong, Managing Director
After a short spell as an IT Consultant with X-Net, another member of the Kimcell Group, Gordon co-founded e-mango in 2000. Having taken a very hands-on approach at the core of e-mango in the early years, he now takes on the role of Managing Director to lead the excellent team of staff to even greater opportunities.After graduating with an M.Sc. in Computer based modelling and simulation from Sunderland University he undertook key technical roles at heart of two fast growing startup companies involved in Macintosh ISDN and IP connectivity solutions.
He is a registered e-GIF Practitioner working towards full accreditation.
In his private life, Gordon is a karate instructor and student of over 20 years and competed at national and international levels.
Peter Jackson, Operations Director
He is a graduate of Durham University with post-graduate qualifications from Durham and Cambridge. Joined e-mango in 2004 after working on web applications development for a UK Plc in the aviation, oil and defence sector where he took a lead project role.He is Chair of an independent consultancy body for the Environment Agency.
He is a published author and is deeply into sport, especially water polo and surfing.
Gene Brown, Development Manager / Senior Developer
Gene joined e-mango in February 2001 as an application specialist with his in-depth knowledge and of application support gained from numerous years specialising in pre-press applications in use with regional and national newspapers and magazines.Gene joined the development team in 2003 progressing quickly to senior developer and team management. He strives for efficiency, usability and accessibility in all aspects of the development lifecycle.
Outside of work Gene is a keen cook, music lover and family man.
Nigel Richards, Technical Support Manager
Nigel Richards came to e-mango from the cable giant NTL and easymap.co.uk, where he provided technical support and web development. He now heads the Technical Support and QA department, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.Nigel achieved an M.Sc. from Portsmouth University in Information Systems. He is also a keen swimmer.
Lewis Ganderton, Senior Applications Developer
Previously Lewis worked for Mauve Europe before beginning his role in the Development team at e-mango in November 2005. He has over six years of web development experience and is certified as an IBM Solutions Developer and Microsoft Certified Professional.
He is an expert with application development and database architecture and is critically aware of user interface/usability issues. He is a CMS and CRM specialist.
In his spare time Lewis’ hobbies include flying, psychology and socializing.
Ray Ingram, Sales Co-ordinator
Ray joined e-mango in April 2007 having spent the previous 2½ years working with Harmoni ITS, a managed service provider to the healthcare market, where he occupied the Senior Sales Support role.
Prior to this, Ray was with the Thales Group (formerly Racal) as a Senior Account Manager working within the rail transportation market and before that as a Senior Sales Manager within the voice communications recording market.
Ray brings to e-mango nearly 30 years of commercial experience involving the selling of high value mission critical systems to blue chip accounts where customer and user satisfaction is of paramount importance.
His interests include skiing and clay pigeon shooting.
